Leading our team is Debra Janicki, (formerly Debra Bruce). Debra specializes in fundraising, grant proposal writing, and nonprofit management.  Debra is well-known for her consistent successful experience as both a grant seeker and a grant maker and has worked extensively with public, private, and community foundations. Debra has raised and provided administration and oversight of more than $500 million throughout the course of her career and has taught more than 40 classes on the subject of philanthropy, fundraising, and foundation relations.  Debra’s relationships and experience in business and politics serve our clients well.  Debra has the skills, creativity, and most importantly, the connections necessary to assist nonprofits in building sustainability.  Debra received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She is a shrewd and savvy business person with a gift for getting to the heart of an issue, bringing it to light, and turning it around for good. She is an artist and a published author and co-author, and a passionate and effective advocate for poor and homeless people, individuals living with AIDS, and families experiencing divorce.

Other team members specializes in marketing, public relations, advertising, sales, emerging technology, safety compliance, technical writing, and corporate management consulting. All are either successful entrepreneurs, published authors, or gifted strategists with a superb reputation for their ability to recognize an opportunity and swift seizure of success in most any endeavor.
